Mike Causer
Experience:
Coming from an athletics background having trained along side Olympic level athletes and coaches for years gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to training and competing at international level.
Filtering the knowledge gained from his own training experience along side his educational background Mike has worked within a variety of different sports in the strength and conditioning setting including: RFL level rugby league, college national basketball, national level track and field athletes and with combat sports athletes.
Now working within the gym and personal training environment Mike's sessions are tailored taking key elements of training to target weight management, fitness and strength scaled to a level that is challenging but manageable for all.

Aaron has worked in health, fitness and wellbeing for over 8 years in different settings such as schools and public health NHS environments. During this time he worked with individuals with long term health conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and arthritis, creating plans to improve their health.
