Our Mission
Our passion at Train goes further than just exercise. We strive to build healthy long term lifestyle habits for our clients to help you become the strongest, healthiest and most importantly happiest version of yourself.

Carefully structured training sessions designed to help you progress further on your own personal journey. Whether that may be weight loss, toning up, increasing muscle mass or improving your health and fitness we will provide you with the necessary challenge needed to keep you moving in the right direction.

Regardless of ability or previous experience, our trainers will adapt and tailor any elements of training to ensure your personal needs are met and that you are working at a level that is best suited to you.

Semi-Private Personal Training
At Train we do not follow the typical formula you would associate with an exercise class. Our semi-private personal training sessions have a maximum of 6 participants which allows greater levels of interaction with your trainer during every session. Each session at Train will feel different as we structure our sessions to incorporate all areas of physical fitness as apposed to focusing specifically on one element. You can expect to see the following styles of training within our sessions:

Aerobic fitness
High intensity interval training

Each session will have a different focus following a carefully structured plan from week to week to ensure your continued progress. The semi-private element of our session allows for one to one contact with your trainer throughout the session. This means that we are able to guide you through the session making sure everything is being done correctly and not only that you understand how to perform each movement during the session but that you understand why you are doing what you are doing.
Timetable
With 25+ hours of semi-private personal training sessions per week on offer, covering mornings and evenings we are confident that we will have a time slot at Train that works for you. Our sessions are 1 hour long and include dedicated time to warm up and cool down for each session.

1 to 1 personal training is also available at Train from 8:30am - 8:30pm Monday - Friday and 8:30am - 4:30pm Saturday, availability of trainer depending. For more information about 1 to 1 training please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Train is a studio style gym that is well equipped with a variety of high quality modern functional training equipment including:

There is a unisex toilet and changing facility at Train for our clients to use,as well as free off road parking directly outside of the gym.
Our Clients
At Train we work with a variety of different clients, all with different needs and goals. Our clients age ranges from early 20s to into their 70s some of which have been active their entire life to others who have never participated in any form of structured exercise before. We pride ourselves on our ability to work effectively with such a diverse range of people ensuring everybody is working at the appropriate intensity. It is important to us that all of our clients feel comfortable and happy within our gym and that we form a strong trusting relationship between our trainers and clients.
